ACCELERATED READER LIST
	Through the Accelerated Reader Program, students read books found on library, classroom or home book shelves then take a computerized quiz on the classroom computer. The computer program maintains a record of the title, score and points the student earns. Each student has a quarterly point goal set by the classroom teacher and qualifies for prizes when the goal is met. "AR" is offered as a supplement to the regular classroom reading program. Like any other skill, the more we practice, the better we become. Our goal through this program is to motivate students to do more reading. The list of book titles provided at this site identify the quizzes our district has purchased and are available for students to take when they have read the corresponding book.
