If you have a child between the ages birth through 2 years call your local DES/Division of Developmental Disabilites for information on services available.

The resource room program provides intensive, individualized help for students with special needs. Students in kindergarten through eighth grade are eligible for assistance through this program. Language Arts and Mathematics are the primary subjects addressed in the Resource Room. Activities are usually independent from regular classroom activities, but this depends on the unique needs of the individual. Mrs. Thompson is the resource teacher. Mrs. Ruskin teaches in the preschool handicapped program.
